The Friends of Attleboro Public Library are very pleased to report that they have received their first matching pledge for LIBRARY GIVING DAY from The Torrey Company in Attleboro. The business on Mill Street will match the first $1,000.00 that donors give during this ongoing fundraiser that will culminate on April 7.
LIBRARY GIVING DAY is a national one-day online fundraising event that gives library lovers like YOU a chance to support and elevate your local library; but you can donate now!
The goal this year is to raise $5,000. Contributions of any amount support library programs, services and collections that benefit the entire city. These include Summer Reading events, museum and park passes, visiting and virtual speakers, Wi-Fi hotspots and so much more!
