Each year the APL participates in the annual Boston Bruins/Cradles to Crayons Pajama Drive, last year our generous patrons and staff donated over 40 pairs of pajamas to add to the drive’s overall total across the state of almost 10,000 pairs! Like last year, all pajamas donated at the APL will benefit local youth in Southeastern MA involved with the Department of Children and Families. YOU can help a child stay warm this winter by donating a pair of NEW pajamas in any size for children or teens at the APL’s collection box located in the lobby of the library.
Can’t donate yourself? No problem, helping to spread the word to family and friends about the drive is a big help towards keeping a child or teen warm this winter! We appreciate you spreading the word!
The Pajama Drive kicks off on Thursday February 1, 2018 and runs through March 15, 2018. APL staff will be dressing in their pajamas on Friday February 2nd to celebrate and promote the drive!
