On Your Mark, Get Set, READ!

summer readingLooking for fun, FREE activities this summer?  Attleboro’s Community Wide Summer Reading Program is coming!  It’s open to ALL ages! EVERY member of your family can join!  This program is brought to you by the Attleboro Public Library & our partners: the Attleboro Public Schools, the Attleboro YMCA, the Attleboro Recreation Department and the Attleboro Parks Department

 

booksThere are SO MANY programs happening throughout the city this summer.  Starting Friday, June 17th and running through August 19th, the Summer Reading Program gives participants access to a wide variety of activities & events.  Watch a magician at the Library, run the ropes course at the Norton Outdoor Center, join a playgroup at Project Connect and so much more!

 

The FREE Kick-off event for this program will be on June 17, 2016 from 1:30-3:00 @ the Balfour Riverwalk Park and is for ALL AGES!  You’ll be able to sign up for the Summer Reading Program, play games, have a snack, enter a raffle, and even march in a parade! In the event of rain, all activities will be held at the North Main Street YMCA.

 

Be sure to wave to Mrs. Brown & and other staff and volunteers in the Memorial Day parade on Saturday, June 4th, and let them know that you will be joining the Community Wide Summer Reading Program!
