Children of all ages are invited to make an appointment to read to a certified therapy dog. Reading to a non-judgmental, patient listener often gives children the encouragement they need to improve their reading skills. The child’s confidence will gr
ow in this relaxed environment.
This program is held from 9:00-10:00 every other Saturday. Appointments are given in 20 minute increments. To make an appointment for your child, please contact the Children’s Room at 508-222-7820 or attleborokids@sailsinc.org.
This program is FREE and the only requirement is that the child MUST be able to read (beginning readers are welcome).
