Attleboro’s Newest Jewel: Social Worker Kate Robinson

If you’ve visited the library lately, you may have noticed some new faces–so let us introduce you! We are thrilled to announce that Kate Robinson, LICSW, Attleboro’s social worker now has her office at 74 North Main Street.

Kate aims to be a connector by finding vital local and regional resources for individuals in need. Her priority is helping Attleboro residents access mental health supports as well as resources and treatment for substance use struggles. She is also helping to reimagine library areas, including a future self-serve kiosk, where visitors can browse materials that support their situation whether it be housing, food, or health. Kate’s ultimate goal is to help people become independent and continue on a path toward career, social, emotional, and financial success.

Kate works out in the community on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and typically holds office hours here at the library on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She can be reached by calling 508-223-2222 x3261 or by emailing krobinson@cityofattleboro.us.
