Readers are very excited to see that one of the most popular books here at the APL is becoming a Netflix movie! Remarkably Bright Creatures was a word of mouth sensation, with people across the city asking library staff if we had read it. We DID read it, and LOVED it, and we heard that Attleboro resident Meredith Ellis is the author’s mother and has delightful inside perspective on the story.
Meredith will be at the library on Saturday, April 11 at noon to share her anecdotes. Author Shelby Van Pelt will make a virtual appearance as well!
