As we celebrate its third anniversary, Neighbors in Dialogue continues to live into its mission to “facilitate hard conversations to build an even better community.” We’ve designed our July 12 dialogue to help understand our neighbor’s values. Putting forth the effort to understand values can help to deepen empathy, decrease conflict and improve communication. Attendees will engage in an exercise to explore individual and shared values to build an even better community.
