Join the Attleboro Public Library on Thursday, August 13th at 6:30pm in the Marble Lobby, for an all-ages celebration of local heroes!
Listen to brief presentations of how city departments and local agencies work to improve the lives of Attleboro residents; show your appreciation by stopping by and thanking our local heroes. See how YOU can be a hero too, by learning about volunteer and donation opportunities available in your community.
Representatives from several Attleboro city departments and local organizations will be in attendance, including: Attleboro Council on Aging; Attleboro Fire Department; Attleboro Police Department; Attleboro Veteran’s Department; Attleboro Council of Churches; The Literacy Center; New Hope ; and more!
Light refreshments will be served.
Patrons enrolled in the Adult Summer Reading Program will receive an extra incentive ticket for attending. Registration is requested at here.
