Library Giving Day is April 1

Library Giving Day is an annual, nationwide event that provides financial support for public libraries to provide fantastic services and programs for their communities. The Friends of Attleboro Public Library have a goal of raising $15,000 this year for APL to help purchase new furniture to create a more comfortable and welcoming space for all visitors.

What’s better is that you have an opportunity to double your gift, thanks to match pledges from Bristol County Savings Bank ($1,500); The Torrey Company and The Elks ($1,000 each); EA Dion and Art Set ($500 each); and Maureen & Ed Canner, Joanne & Pret Stevenson, Maria & Ed Casey, Chris Frappier, Coogan Smith LLP, and Germain Plumbing & Heating ($250 each).

Donations can be made on the Friends of APL web site, using PayPal or a credit or debit card; or at the Library (74 North Main Street) via a check made out to Friends of Attleboro Public Library.

Your support will make a difference to help create a better APL for everyone. Thank you!
