Thank you to the many businesses and individuals who generously donated for the Friends of Attleboro Public Library’s largest fundraiser of the year, Library Giving Day, April 3. We surpassed our goal of $10,000! These funds will be used to update equipment used by library patrons, including audio visual equipment for meeting rooms, laptops for the Children’s Room and Wi-Fi hotspots that can be borrowed by library card holders.
Special thanks to those who provided match pledges, including $1,500.00 from Bristol County Savings Bank; $1,000.00 from The Torrey Company; $500.00 from Art/Set, LLC; and $250.00 from Ed and Maureen Canner and Pret and Joanne Stevenson.
Donations received after April 3 will be gratefully accepted.
