Are you looking for a way to broaden your reading horizons this year? It’s not too late to participate in the Massachusetts Center for the Book’s 2023 Reading Challenge. Each month features a new prompt to help you choose something new and unique to read. The APL is a Center for the Book reading partner, and will display books that fit the current month’s reading prompt for readers to borrow. Visit their web site to submit your monthly entry (and maybe win a prize!), and see the prompts for the rest of the year. Make sure to stop in and check out the titles that we’ve selected for March’s prompt: a Mass Book Awards honoree. There are titles that will fit if you read fiction or nonfiction, adult, YA, or children’s books.
Other reading challenges worth your while include Book Riot’s Read Harder Challenge, as well as interesting ones created by the 52 Book Club (weekly) and NoveList (monthly)!
